Accessibility Statement

A site that should feel usable, not hostile.

Elia Press aims to make eliapress.com usable for visitors with different devices, browsers, assistive technologies, motion preferences, vision needs, and input methods. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing practice, not a one-time badge.

01

Our accessibility target

We aim to follow the practical intent of WCAG 2.1 AA / WCAG 2.2 AA where reasonable for this type of creative portfolio and service website. That includes readable contrast, responsive layouts, keyboard-friendly controls, meaningful link text, reduced-motion handling, form labels, and content that works across common devices.

02

What we have improved

The site includes responsive contact forms, visible selected states for form choices, reduced-motion styling in animated sections, direct contact paths, clear service pages, and policy pages for privacy, terms, refunds, and accessibility. Motion-heavy areas are designed to degrade more gently when a visitor requests reduced motion.

03

Known limitations

Some portfolio images, embedded media, third-party tools, legacy Framer layers, browser-specific effects, and highly visual animations may not be perfect for every assistive technology or device. Some content is intentionally visual because the site showcases photography, video, events, and design work.

04

Third-party services

This website may rely on Framer, video embeds, forms, analytics, payment or banking tools, fonts, hosting, and other third-party services. We cannot control every accessibility detail of those services, but we try to choose and configure tools responsibly.

05

Feedback and help

If you have trouble using the site, need information in another format, or find an accessibility barrier, contact us through the contact form or email mail@eliapress.com. Please include the page URL, a description of the issue, your device/browser if comfortable, and the format or support you need.

06

Ongoing work

We review the site as services, pages, animations, forms, and platform features change. Accessibility improvements may be prioritized based on impact, feasibility, visitor feedback, and the parts of the site people rely on most.
